TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Reservation
It is recommended that anyone wishing to stay at the hotel to book in advance and obtain the agreement of the hotelier. When making any reservation, the customer must pay a deposit or a credit card number. The hotel contract is deemed to have been concluded upon agreement between the parties. Reservations made on our site are effective after the debit of the reservation fee. In the event of rejection, the hotel may cancel this reservation. The hotel reserves the right
pre-authorize the credit card before the arrival date.
 
Payment
The housing benefit is payable on the day of departure at the latest. For long term rentals, bills must be paid weekly. We accept the following bank cards: Visa, Euro-card Mastercard, American Express. It is also possible to pay by cash. By application of article 2102 of the Civil Code, the customer cannot object to the detention of his luggage if he refuses to pay. A credit card number will be required as a guarantee.
The room rate is established per day. Failure to pay will result in the immediate expulsion of the customer, subject to legal proceedings for the payment of his due. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction will be assigned to the Judge of the Civil Court of Lille. In the event that the client cannot provide this document, we would be forced to not comply with his request for room rental.
 
Cancellation / modification of reservation and commitment
In the event of modification or cancellation of a reservation, all customers must notify 72 hours beforehand. Failure by the customer to notify within the above deadlines, he must pay as if he were staying. Any rental started is due in full. Delays on arrival or early departures cannot under any circumstances give rise to a refund.
- In the event of cancellation or modification up to 3 days before the date of arrival, the hotel does not charge a fee (request made by email).
- In case of cancellation or late modification, the hotel requires 100% of the stay (request made by email).
- In the event of a no-show, the hotel charges 100% of the stay and will be able to re-let the room.
- In case of modification during the stay, the hotel requires 100% of the stay.
 
"Non-refundable" reservation
Full charge of the amount of the stay at the time of booking, non-modifiable, non-cancellable and non-exchangeable. The hotelier has the option of re-renting a room without delay under the following conditions:
- Cancellation by the customer.
- Modification of the reservation by the customer.
- No presentation of the client.
- Error by the customer when making the reservation (dates, number of rooms, type of room).
 
Access to rooms, departure and arrival
The hotelier is free to refuse to receive guests whose dress is indecent and negligent, and whose behavior is noisy, improper, alcoholic, contrary to good morals and public order. Any person wishing to stay at the hotel is required to identify himself and his age as well as that of the persons accompanying him. The client may not bring into the room third parties not known to the hotelier (Order of the Prefect of Police of October 28, 1936 modified by Order Art. 9 of February 1, 1940), unless authorized by the latter. Similarly, the client may not occupy a room for a number of people greater than that provided for by the regulations in force. In the event of a breach of the rules and regulations, the hotel reserves the right to charge the client responsible for the excess number of people in the room, whether or not the client is present, at the rates in effect at the time of the breach of the rules and regulations. The hotel will debit the credit card of the offending guest.  Upon arrival, except with the agreement of the hotel, the client cannot demand to occupy the room before 2:00 p.m. The nightly rental ceases at 11:30 a.m. (until 4:00 p.m. with a supplement of +20€ and until 6:00 p.m. with a supplement of +40€) Whatever the arrival time of the customer. A bank imprint will be requested by the establishment at your arrival. At the time of departure, the client must give the room and night access card to the reception. It is forbidden to take any object belonging to the hotel: the guest must inform the hotel if he/she notices a mistake and send it back, otherwise he/she will be charged for it.
The room card is a magnetic card that the guest can keep on him. It must not be given to a third party and must be returned on the day of departure. If the card is not returned, the hotel will charge 5€ to the client's credit card.
 

Children and extra beds
Children are under the full responsibility of the client. It is forbidden to leave them unattended in the room. At the request of the client, the hotel can provide a baby bed up to the age of 3 years, which will be charged at a rate of 15€ per day. The provision of a cot is subject to availability and can only be installed in Business double or Family rooms. One child up to 6 years old stays free of charge for the use of available bedding. Children and adults over the age of 6 are not allowed to use the existing bedding. The client must request the use of an extra bed from the hotel, which will be charged at a rate of 15€ per day. The provision of an extra bed is subject to availability and can only be installed in the Business PMR rooms.
The maximum number of baby cots in a room is 1. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1. Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the website and must be paid separately directly to the establishment.

Pets
Pets are allowed in the establishment and will be charged 5€ per pet per day.

Groupe
Une réservation de groupe est considérée à partir de 5 chambres réservées. Un acompte de 50% du montant total de la réservation sera demandé au moment de la réservation pour confirmer le groupe. En cas d'annulation ou de modification jusqu'à 15 jours avant la date d'arrivée, l'acompte sera remboursé, hors frais d'annulation forfaitaires de 100 €. L'acompte ne sera plus récupérable pour toute annulation ou modification moins de 15 jours avant la date d'arrivée.

Damage and nuisance
The customer must use the rented accommodation in good order. The rooms made available to our guests are checked, functional and in good condition. Our clients are invited to report any deficiencies immediately to the hotel reception. In the event of a problem, the client will be held responsible. In case of damage, the hotel reserves the right to charge the client for the cost of repair or replacement. The same applies to any violation found after the departure of the client, the amount of compensation will be debited to the client's card. In case of voluntary or involuntary degradation of materials, objects, furniture belonging to the hotel, the hotel can demand full reimbursement with a penalty and damages of 1000€ to 2000€. In case of flooding or water damage, voluntary or involuntary, the hotel can demand full reimbursement of the damage caused. In case of damage in other rooms, the reimbursement of the nights of the other customers will be required. The hotel may charge a cleaning fee if the room is left in a condition that is deemed unsuitable. In case of deterioration of carpet, bedding, bed base, the hotel will require the refund of the damage with a minimum of 1000€ for restoration and for the inability to re-rent the rooms. In general, the client will have to pay the damages caused directly to the hotel. He can call upon his insurance (if he wishes to be reimbursed) for all voluntary or involuntary damages he will cause during his stay. All our rooms are non-smoking. The hotel reserves the right to charge a one-night cleaning fee to any guest who smokes in their room. If the guest wishes to continue smoking inside or outside the designated areas, he/she will be asked to leave the hotel. In the event of non-compliance with the hotel rules, the guest will be asked to leave the hotel without being able to claim any refund. The hotel reserves the right to deduct the amount of undeclared consumption and damage in the room. This amount will be deducted from the bank imprint provided at the time of reservation. The hotel will have no obligation to notify the client but can provide an invoice upon request. The customers must not nail anything on the walls, nor move any furniture. Disturbances, even during the day, are prohibited. The client causing disorder or scandal in any form whatsoever will be asked to leave the hotel immediately and without refund. In the interest of the tranquility of the establishment, all noise must cease between 22:00 and 8:00. For the respect and rest of other guests, please do not slam doors or make too much noise especially between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Any neighborhood noise related to the behavior of a person or an animal under the responsibility of the customer, may lead the hotelier to ask the latter to leave the establishment without it being necessary to take acoustic measurements, as soon as the noise generated is likely to affect the peace and quiet of the customers (art. R.1334-30 and R. 1334-31 of the Public Health Code). Any inappropriate noise will be reported to the police if necessary. A hotel room is a place of rest. Any business is strictly forbidden. 
 
Prohibitions
For safety reasons and for the respect of everyone, it is formally forbidden to smoke in the entire hotel. In accordance with the decree n°2006-1386 of November 15, 2006 fixing the conditions of application of the prohibition of smoking in the places assigned to a collective use, smoking in the hotel exposes you to an additional invoicing of 90€ or to legal proceedings. It is also strictly forbidden to dismantle the fire detection devices, for the same reasons mentioned above. Any untimely triggering of the fire alarm for non-compliance with this provision will be charged 150€ for the cost of restoring the fire safety system. It is also forbidden to cook in the rooms, to take meals or to bring drinks not provided by the hotel, to
drinks not provided by the hotel, as well as doing laundry in the rooms.
 
Complaints
Any complaint about the quality of the services provided must be presented to the hotel owner immediately.
Forgotten business
Items left or abandoned may be sold under the conditions provided for by the law of March 31, 1896. If the customer requests the return of his belongings by parcel or mail, this must be done with monitoring and insurance for valuables. . The shipment will be made after
the payment by the customer of shipping costs.
 
Trickery
Filouterie is an offense characterized by the fact of consuming a paid good or service:
- By knowing that you are unable to pay or by being deliberately determined not to pay.
- While pretending to be willing to pay. Filouterie is punishable by 6 months imprisonment and a € 7,500 fine in addition to damages.
 
Acceptance of the rules and general conditions of sale
The hotel's internal rules apply to all reservations. Any stay implies acceptance of the special conditions and the hotel's internal regulations. Failure to comply with the above provisions results in immediate termination of the contract.
 
IN THE EVENT OF NON-COMPLIANCE BY THE CUSTOMER WITH ANY OF THESE CONDITIONS, THE HOTELIER WILL BE UNDER THE OBLIGATION TO INVITE THE CUSTOMER TO LEAVE THE ESTABLISHMENT IMMEDIATELY AND WITHOUT ANY INDEMNITY.
