We have a centralized reservation system* that stores your personally identifiable information when you make a reservation for the Hotel via our worldwide website. The personal information collected in the reservation system is necessary to secure and process your reservation.

DATA RETENTION

Your personal data is processed in such a way as to ensure maximum security. Technical measures and IT infrastructure updates are appropriate to protect data against any computer attack. Personal data entered when making a reservation or requesting information on hotelmmoustache.com is stored on a server accessible only to the administrators of the services. The data relating to your club card can be consulted by the licensed hotels from a platform that can only be accessed from a licensed hotel.
